  • Who needs a professional headshot?
Dubbed “the new handshake,” professional headshots are now the first introduction to you, your business and your personal brand—shouldn’t that intro be the best it can be? With 93% of HR professionals and recruiters tapping into LinkedIn to find quality candidates—plus 2 in 3 on Facebook and more than half utilizing Twitter—that headshot has countless applications in your professional life. Should your profile pic be the family vacation, the fun night out or—worse—the logo or abstract shot? Or should it be a powerful, compelling and confidence-building headshot that makes prospective clients, employers and partners want to click “Connect?”
  • Do you have a Studio?
Yes, my studio is located at: 4105 Rio Bravo Suite 110 El Paso, Texas 79902
  • Do you take walk ins?
No...I work by appointment only... I only book 1 client a day in order to give you my full attention and not be rushed. Please try to schedule your session at-least 2-3 weeks out. I rarely can schedule last minute appointments.
  • Do you shoot on location?
I shoot at my studio or on location...not all branding and headshots need to be taken at the studio. Sometimes being at your business is more beneficial to tell your story!
  • What if I hate having my photo taken?
The majority of us hate having their photo taken because they think they are not “photogenic”, too old, too short, to this, too that. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is capable of looking absolutely amazing and authentic in their photos. My job is to make you feel relaxed in front of the camera and get you looking your best.
  • Can I see the images you take during the shoot?
Absolutely! When we take breaks or do an outfit change we take a look through the photos on my laptop. This way we see what we may want to change or adjust.
  • What does retouching mean?
Retouching is where I clean up your photos in Photoshop...I don’t go overly crazy with my retouching because we want you to look authentic. Don’t worry about any acne, blemishes, or dark circles under your eyes, that will all be taken care of in the retouching process.
  • How long does retouching take?
I don't outsource my retouching and take the upmost pride in making your photos look the best, so, it can take up to 10 business days to finish your images.
  • Would my images be cheaper if I get them unedited?
No, if you want them unedited they will still be the same price per image.
  • Can I have my images edited by someone else?
Absolutely not. I do not allow my work to be edited by someone else. I also do not allow the use of any filters (Instagram, Facebook and such)
  • Can I have my RAW files?
    Absolutely not.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, credit card payments (via Square) or PayPal. I do NOT accept personal checks.
  • Deposits / Late / Cancelation / Rescheduling Fees?
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking the session. Shooting dates fill up fast so in order for me to keep an accurate studio calendar, the deposit is taken and applies to the final cost of your session fee. At the same time, I understand that sometimes life happens and things come up that mean you can't make it. If you notify me within 48 hrs of the shoot and we can reschedule and your deposit will transfer to the new date. Any Client that is more than 15 min. late arriving to their session a $40 Late Fee Charge will be added to their final bill. If Client cancels their session less 72 hr. before their session date , or fails to show, the retainer shall be forfeited.
  • Do you offer discounts?
I offer a 10% discount for all active military, retired military, veterans and their families. All returning clients get 10% of their session fee.
  • What if I have more questions?
If you have any more questions feel free to email, text or call me. tinadwyerphotography@gmail.com (915) 487-8250
